My 2 Day-Trip to Joshua Tree National Park #USA

Updated: Jan 1, 2022

Day 1

Los Angeles - Yucca Valley

We had a glamping at DESERT MOON in Yucca Valley! It is a luxury Airbnb tent, we booked it the day before our trip, with the rental price of $100-200 USD. The original rental price is $300 USD, like a extravagant choice.

We enjoyed the best sky view at 0 degree Celsius. The host provides BBQ set, and we bought crabs, salmon, beef, sausages, sweet potatoes, vegetables there to cook.We spent time looking at the round full moon, stars and galaxy. We found out the Big Dipper (北斗星) and Orion(獵戶座)together. We enjoyed the bonfire at dark.

You can also organise camping inside the Joshua Tree National Park. Here is a link to register for a spot ($20 per night in 2021), Jumbo Rock is one of the famous one! Click Here!

Day 2

Yucca Valley - Joshua Tree National Park - Los Angeles

We spent time having BBQ in the morning and enjoyed the sunrise together at 6:46 am. When we left the camp at 11am and drive directly to Joshua Tree National Park and looking around. Since the unique Joshua Tree is everywhere with odd-shaped large stones, it is easy to have a good spot to shot. We walked along at the flat Arch Rock Trail, just be aware that the rocks easy to climb for those who do not do exercise daily, like me! Since rock climbing is famous at JTNP, everyone is climbing rocks inside the park! Arch Rock is one of the famous pieces there to climb up. When sun is setting, we went to Cholla Cactus Garden to see the lovely and adorable Cholla Cactus.
